THE AWARD CATEGORIES
Awards for Retailer of the Year are presented in the following categories.
Sustainability
The Sustainability category honours companies that actively contribute to a better environment by adopting environmentally friendly practices and sustainable business solutions.
Customer Loyalty
The Customer Loyalty category pays tribute to retailers that employ innovative strategies and outstanding measures to build and promote valuable, long-term customer relationships.
Innovation
The Innovation category recognises retailers who are setting new standards in retail and redefining the experience of shopping with creative and forward-looking concepts.
Special Award
The jury reserves the right to award a special award for outstanding performance that does not fall under one of the above categories.
THE EXPERTS FOR EXCELLENCE
Of course, a retail industry award cannot be given without a jury. Our high-calibre jury carefully reviews and evaluates all competition entries. Under the leadership of our jury chairwoman, Dr Claudia Wasser, industry representatives and retail experts determine the winners in a full-day decision-making process.
